Job Description:

- Ensure and maintain the information technology system of the Office and Customers.

- Identify, diagnose and support users with computer problems, upgrade advice replacement system or equipment.

- Set up internal network for the company and customers: NAS storage system, configuring modems, wifi systems, switches, network devices,... Ensure system always operate stably.

- Repair hardware devices, office equipment: NAS, printer, fax, phone, wifi, camera.

- Working with suppliers on warranty and maintenance of information technology equipment.

- Support and respond to customer issues on the company's online channels.

- Report weekly and monthly work to superiors.

- Coordinate with other departments when required.

- Work under the direction of superiors.

Job Requirement:

- Graduated from College or above majoring in Information Technology, NetworkAdministration, Electronics and Telecommunications
- At least 1 year experience in similar position
- Strong understanding of computer system hardware
- Priority applications have international only such as CCNA, MCSA, ...
- Good working skill group
- Basic English
